My friend is a dental hygienist in Brazil and she wants to get a her diploma accredited by the DANB?
Licensing for nearly all health care workers is done at the State level. Check the DANB website: www.danb.org and the American Dental Assistants Association: www.dental assistant.org
One or the other should have links to your state's requirements for licensing and/or certification.
It's likely your friend will have to take some classes here in the States to get her license, so be prepared..
