Is dental hygiene a good career choice? I'm considering getting into the program, but I would like to know some positive and negative aspects.
Considering career as dental hygienist?
I just finished a dental assistant course and hopefully will go back to school in a few years to become a dental hygienist. I hear the pay is good in certain states. Also, you have to be sure, wherever you are, that there is a high demand on the career of your choice, unless you're willing to relocate. I love the dental field and am looking forward to continuing my education. Good luck.

Reply:well the career is fine, and its growing but as of now the money isnt too great, better be a doctor or something, much better pay after a few years.
