How long does it take to be a dental hygienist, how much do they get paid and is it still possible to get a debtal degree after becoming a dental hygienist.
Dental Hygienist?
2 years for an associates degree and 4 years for a bachelors degree. 30 to 50$ an hour - Yes you can become a dentist after being a hygienist but it is a whole different program.
Reply:it depends on where you go to school. it's typically 4 years whether it's an associates or a bachelors because for the associated you still have to take loads of pre-requisites. an associates usually comes from a community college which is less per credit hour.
pay also depends on the area you live.
